I will once again be joining Norwich CT’s Suicide Prevention Walk and doing free henna for the participants walking laps in honor of those that have been fight suicidal thoughts and for those that we lost to suicide.

The Suicide Prevention Walk is just that an event that raises awareness about prevention resources. Starting with a silent remembrance lap, and moving towards family fun with raffles and other self-care activities. I hope to see you there!
